“Only ordered a few things from your company so far and everything has been good. I haven’t seen any discounts or coupons to use on any general items. I haven’t seen discounts on certain items. I’m building a new pond and getting more ideas”

“I've always had good experiences with PiC. The lotus are taking off. This year, I should share, the water poppies arrived entirely yellow, and I'm not sure they are going to rebound out of the box.”

“The items arrived in good shape! Unfortunately I thought they would be shipped when ready to be planted, as has been my experience with other mail order companies. Most of the plants have died at this point since it's still 1 month before I can place them outside. Just a buyer beware kind of thing to order when you are actually able to plant them.”

“This product and the ordering process was/is great. However, our first one cracked for no apparent reason and we had to replace it with the one we just ordered. You will not find a more reasonable price for a UV light anywhere online, and Play It Koi makes the ordering process easy and seamless. In addition, shipping is faster than some others, we will be expanding our usage of this company for our pond. We highly recommend them for your pond needs. Michael & Morgan, Virginia”

“I ordered lemon bacopa, a canna lily and an iris. The plants were well packaged, paper and plants were still damp on arrival. There was some damage to the bacopa and the canna, I suspect due to temperature during shipping. The bacopa went into my aquarium on day one and is perking up quite nicely, the snails are clearing the damaged leaves. The iris and canna are recovering in a windowsill and will go into the bog tomorrow. I would definitely order again, just a shame you can't control the weather 😉”

“Overall this is a great place to shop. The only thing I didn't like was that the water lilies were roots to grow instead they full blooms. I get it but may on the picture write roots only to avoid confusion. The fish and products are great so far!”

Hi there! I totally understand your concern. With some products that should be refrigerated, especially popular ones like Koizyme, it hard to keep them in stock as we are limited by space! We are working to improve this so this is not an issue in the future. We also try to keep products that do not need to be refrigerated in stock so that if you are having an urgent issue we can ship those out immediately! “Prices are pretty good. Customer service is very responsive. A great advantage is that they don't charge sales tax for California residents. Only to small gripes: 1. Shipping could be faster. Usually takes at least a week. (I guess I'm spoiled by Amazon.). 2. Rewards program is nice, but I was not able to apply all of my accumulated points towards a single purchase”

“I appreciate the selection on the website - it's great to be able to find plants that aren't normally available locally or are sold out locally. I appreciated that the plants came with name tags so I would know which was which. As a suggestion - could you please put planting and care instructions on the Plant ID tags as well? I read so many plant descriptions and care advice that I forget what I'm supposed to do with the ones I bought and a convenient reminder at planting time would really help!”

“Always a fast a secure delivery. I was looking for a medicated koi food for bacterial infections, hard to find since they stopped making Medi-koi. It arrived and I fed my koi as directed for 12 days. I have not seen an improvement since hoping it will change.”
