Prices are pretty good. Customer service is very responsive. A great advantage is that they don't charge sales tax for California residents. Only to small gripes: 1. Shipping could be faster. Usually takes at least a week. (I guess I'm spoiled by Amazon.). 2. Rewards program is nice, but I was not able to apply all of my accumulated points towards a single purchase
