“Great products that work as expected. My only downer on this site is trying to navigate to get what supplies you need. It definitely needs to be more user-friendly. As with this survey there is no option for the question How did you communicate with the company to choose the Web page store.”

“Great product, received all alive and well. Only reason why not selected a "5" star is because for the price, should receive four times the amount that was shipped. Pretty disappointing.”

“The corkscew plant didn't make it. I'm thinking small plants don't make the trip well. The cattail and Iris made it here in great shape. They are already growing. I like your service and product very much.”

“I wish there had been moire communication. I never got a confirmation of my order and didn’t really know when it would arrive. It took quite awhile to get here but arrived in great shape. I got them potted right away and in water And now to wait and see how they do. Communication was great when a problem developed and I felt they were very helpful. Yes I would order from them again”

“All plants I received appeared healthy on arrival, and are doing well after several days planted, except Bog Beans. I am fairly certain it will survive. I will order more next year.”

“The company went out of its way to accommodate my delivery schedule. I was so happy to have these little plants for my pond. Unfortunately after a few days they completely disappeared. I’m not sure but am guessing the critters got them. I’m disappointed because I was looking forward to enjoying their beauty.”

“When order is placed, tracking number should be given right then so customer will know when it is shipping. Roughly two weeks went by before tracking number issued. Order date was 04/21 and was shipped on 05/02 but no tracking number issued until day of delivery of 05/04. This way customers are not guessing when item is being shipped. This way customers don't have to call or email wondering when shipping is occurring.”

“I was a little disappointed with the first delivery. After talking to Derek, the issue was rectified to my satisfaction. He was very easy to work with and understood the issue. Sometimes the problem is not with the sales but with the manufacturer or grower. Customer service goes a long way today. I will be purchasing from them again.”
