“This was my first experience with buying a plant from Play It Koi for my above ground pond in my greenhouse. Dealing with Sam was a pleasure regarding communication, timely follow-up with both phone calls and texts, as well as friendly and knowledgeable service. I didn't feel rushed. One of the best customer service people I've dealt with. We also discussed future needs I have with floating plants, which I will buy from Play It Koi and ask for Sam. Also, the delivery of the plants only took a few days via FedEx.”

“I have been using Koi Defender for quite some time and I am very happy with the results. I add the recommended amout every week after I back wash the filter and do a partial water exchange. My Koi are healthy with no visibal soars or infections. In the winter when the water temp drops additional Koi Defender is required to help the fish fight off parasites and infection when their immune system is week and I am sure this helps as they are staying healthy. I have bought in the past by the quart but the gallon size is a much better bargan.”

“The need for more fish came from a minor tragedy - a momma bear and her two yearlings ravaged by koi pond and harvest 10 24" long koi- got much of it on video. Your fish arrived at exactly at time promised. The temperature controlled box kept the fish happy. They acclimated well. They are a colorful upgrade to my pond and their exuberant youth has everybody happy and active. My new fish are enjoying their new home”
