“Needed lamp replacements for my 8 year old landscape lighting. The gal on the help line was soooi helpful. Very refreshing in a world that would rather have you talk to their chatbot. Your gal coordinated with the vendor to make sure the new bulbs (which had changed) would fit our old lamp bases. This was a great experience.”

“A HIGH 5. I made the mistake of ordering the wrong color and I called and asked if I could return it in exchange for the other color, and your customer representative was very professional in helping me with my transaction. Since it is getting to be later in the season, I decided to set the unit up next spring. The box came damaged, but I unboxed the unit and everything just looks great. I know I will be very excited to set it up come next year. Thank you for my pleasant experience with you.”
