“This is our 2nd season, and 3rd order with Play It Koi. We could not be happier with the plants we've received, and we attribute our overall success in our pond to the high quality of the plants we've received from y'all. With that said, each time we ordered, we were not given a notification that our products had been shipped or when we would actually receive them.”

“Don’t really have any negative experience. I did order 4 unions and only got 1. When I called about the shortage they explained they only had the one and could not fulfill the full Oder. They gave me the option of different product or refund. Some might see this as a negative but with supply chain issues globally you should expect things like this to happen. What stands out for me is the way they resolved the issue with out any frustration for me.”

“After ordering, I was at first slightly concerned as I never received a confirmation email or shipping notification, but I was pleasantly surprised to find my order at my home 3 days later! It was exactly as described!”

“Arrived quickly, not sure if it’s deep enough for the water hyacinth roots and allows them to float upright. But I just put them in so we’ll see how they do, seems perfect for water lettuce.”

“First of all, I live in Connecticut and couldn't find any support for my PondMax system replacement parts. I found Play it Koi online when searching for PondMax parts. I called and left a message (knowing the time difference). Derek called me back the next day and was helpful with an accommodating personality. I did not feel rushed or as if I was a bother. I described the needs I had and he understood exactly what I was explaining. He sounded very busy but took the time to help me out on three phone conversations. I wish we were geographically closer. I would love to visit the store a browse. Kudos to Derek! Dale”

“Ive used this place before. It was great. I used it recently for hornwort. I received plenty! Whike I know snails happen....this batch was heavy. I do use snails...but I had to clean roughly half. Good for a starter set. Snaiks are good...in moderation.”
