“I have lost three fish and reported the issue early Friday. Since then, the only communication I have received has been a request to leave a rating. Until this happened, I had been completely satisfied with my purchase. However, the lack of any response to my concerns has been extremely disappointing. Customer service doesn't end with the sale. The quality of the fish may be good, but customer service and follow-up are clearly not. When customers have a problem, they deserve a timely response, not a request for a review while their concerns are being ignored.”

“All plants arrived in very good condition. They appeared to be hardy and healthy. Company provides a more than fair amount of roots / cuttings to give the buyer higher likelihood of the plant thriving after immediately planting. The company also demonstrated excellent communication to me as a customer with questions. I would recommend them definitely!”

“I was happy to find a reputable online source for my PondMax UV light after learning my local pond supply store shuttered its doors. The website was easy to navigate, with a wide array of options… the selection was easy to make for the proper model and wattage. I got lots of notifications regarding shipping and I was pleased that there was a lot of bubble pack in the large box surrounding the UV light as I was concerned about breakage during shipping. I will look forward to replenishing supplies for my pond from Now on. Convenient and competitive pricing. My fish are swimming happily with their UV light cleaned water. Thanks to this website!”

“Very impressed. Healthy, good sized plants, took off quickly in my pond. Some marginals were placed on the edge of the pond until I had time to properly plant, but started sending down roots to the muck and rooted themselves within a week. Very well packaged and labeled. Couldn't as for a better experience.”

“I was very impressed and pleased with the nice note and immediate follow up from the manager to help resolve a shipping issue. It sounds like the shipping issue was from the post office itself and it was quite odd but my replacement product was well packaged and shipped immediately. Thank you!”

“Still waiting for air pump. Only half my order arrived. Had to waist time convincing support it was not delivered. Very disappointing in customer service these days not doing their due diligence. Only concession was, “I hope it’s ok” that it has not arrived yet…”
