“When my wife & I decided to build a second pond, we immediately reached out to the PIK team. We had previously worked with the team when building our koi pond and in all aspects, we rated them a 6 out of 5. This time around, the team again exceeded our expectations and provided immediate design input and equipment recommendations. We received most of the equipment within a week, and everything within 10 days. Thank you PIK (again) it is truly a pleasure working with you.”

“My plant order was lost in the mail. Spoke several times with Kristen about it. My other ended up being resent with extra plants included, and overnight FedEx delivery. Play it Koi really went above and beyond to make sure I got my order and was satisfied! I will be definitely telling others about their great customer service, and beautiful plants.”

“This was my third order of trapdoor snails. Once again, I could not be more happy with the purchase. The arrived in great shape, healthy and hearty. The size of each snail was outstanding , which made me very happy. Once in the pond , they immediately got to work. Since, I started putting this breed of snails in the koi pond, they have helped keep the pond clean and sparkling.”

“Plants and products arrived very quickly. Plants were in excellent condition with the exception of one big plant that arrived dry and yellow and some of the floating plants had their roots ripped off in shipping. But, there were plenty to accommodate. They are resilient, so I planted them anyway. Hoping they thrive.”

“I thought the feeder was junk for the price I paid. After some research, I could have bought a Koi Cafe for a little more. I wanted something that would last and with this feeder it’ll probably last 3yrs max. Very disappointed. I emailed and got a response that most of the feeders are junk. Well I could have bought one of those for a third of the price. I feel ripped off!!!!”
