“The water lettuce and hyacinths were a good size and very healthy. I ordered three each and I was nicely surprised when I opened the well packaged box, the sent me six of each one. I will definitely order from Play It Koi again!”

“Update: Play it Koi sent me a truly compassionate and thoughtful response after I had a terrible accident with a Pondmax flocculent and Pondmax sludge remover based on Play it Koi’s recommendation. They have assured me that they will provide explicit directions and warnings for these products moving forward, so that people don’t make the same mistake I made. Although I lost over 13 fish, Play it Koi’s customer service has been very positive. I have no issues with the company. Original post: I used the products and followed the directions on the bottles and within a few hours most of my fish were dead. Play it Koi needs to give explicit directions on how to use the products they are recommending. Pondmax needs to give much better warnings for their products.”

“I ordered 2 items. The UV light is working great. Increased my run time to 16 hours a day for the past 4 days and the water cleared up great. I would definitely recommend. My sludge remover however, hasn’t come yet. Play It Koi has been very communicative. If UPS can’t locate in 2 days they will take the next step. I’m ok with this.”
