“I hav e a 3000 gal koi pond. Turned green right after thr annual cleaning. Started using an liquid that Did Not Work for 3 weeks and $$$$. Bought the 4K bulb size and today is day 4 and I can see to the bottom of the pond. My pond has a spillway (thats where the light is) then a stream section into a collecting pool that flowes over a waterfall into the pand. Worth every penny. NO more liquid fix ever!”

Four days and you can already see the bottom after three weeks of liquid that did nothing? That's a great result, and it sounds like the spillway spot gives that 4K bulb plenty of water to treat as it flows through your stream and pools. “Order# 72908 placed 6/24/26 with a 5 day $50 delivery option has not been fully delivered as of 7/4/26. I have only received 1 of the 2 gal containers of the pondmax algea stop and have not received the 2 32oz containers of ultra clear biological pond clarifier. I left a voicemail at 206 350-7580 on 7/2/26 inquiring about the status of the order but have not received a call back; called a couple other times but no one answered the phone. I was charged the full amount of the order 6/25/26. Can you call me at 206 399-3583 to talk about the order?”

“After fighting with a standard size liner and trying to fold corners neatly for a 2 months I broke down and bought a custom welded box liner from Play it Koi. Should have done this the 1st time. Installed in about 3 hours from start to finish with my 12 year old son. Came out perfectly.”
