“I am very disappointed that I was not able to claim my points as advertised. Last Fall, I purchased a few thousands dollars worth of fish and excited to learn that I had earned a few thousand points. This year, spent another $950 and tried to redeem the points for a discount but was denied. I was told to buy more to get more points. Why would I buy more if I can not redeem the points later.I feel that it was a false advertisement to get us keep on buying. I am very very upset and I will continue to spread this messagebto everyone to make them aware.”

“Great experience! Fantastic communication. My order was delivered quickly and without any issues, but most importantly, the plants I purchased were healthy specimens that were clearly chosen and packaged with great care and clearly marked. Individually wrapped in moist paper and plastic each with its own printed identification stake for potting. I’m already filling up my cart for another order.”

“I havent received my two fertilizer bottles and today my lily appears to be rotting:( I reported the missing fertilizer right away and was told research would occur right away as bottles are shipped separately from plants but now im not sure what happens. I just am reporting the rotting today.”
