“Arrived in perfect condition, as usual! I buy pond plants for my big pond which cleans the water for my duck pond, and I'm so excited to see these grow. I just wish the snails were back. I was expecting bare tubers with little growth and what I received had a lot of growth to enjoy immediately.”

“I found online water Iris and say the how they might look in my pond from advertisement. Read the care and instruction that they were not invasive and how to control their growth if I didn’t redirect have them spread. Pretty simple, ordered them and they arrived in a small pot literally 2 days later, healthy, moist soil, and as green as they get. Planted them the same day easily on the ponds edge. As they say, “they like their feet wet” Now I just have to watch over the next couple years as I groom their growth in my pond.”

“The most amazing thing aboout the people at Play It Koi is that they did research about my isssue and came up with a solution based on logic and experience, rather than cold facts. I needed a replacement UVA bulb for my Pond Max filter system and the numbers on the old bulb where not sufficient to place an order, so Play It Koi reasoned that it was mostly likely a particular bulb. It turned out they were right and my green pond water is already clearing up. I am grateful that they spent the time to figure it out!”

“It took me a while to get someone live on the phone. I didn’t have real good luck with the AI generated help. Once I got a live person on the phone she was very helpful. I had tried numerous other outlets to out chase a part for a PF7200 Pondmax pressure filter and had no luck at all. She was the first person to spend enough time with me to solve my problem and get the part ordered. I will be doing more business with playitkoi in the future. Thank you”
