The error on delivery meant the Lillie’s were in poor condition and may not survive. Certainly they look terrible. The photos are attached.

Play it Koi took immediate action to resolve my complaint.I am completely happy with the response and impressed at personal interaction to resolve my concerns. I will be trading with them in the future.
