We recently purchased the aquasueve 2 from you guys. I had a small problem with the setup after getting it installed. I called and left a message and Derek returned my call very shortly thereafter. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and patient as he took time to explain to me how the system works. We will def use Play It Koi for any future related needs. Thanks again!
