I have purchased several items for my water feature and 6 Koi. The fish arrive in good condition and seem to adjust very well. I only had one die on me. I know my water is good because I check it weekly. The PH is perfect. Not sure why it died because I have fish thriving for the last 15 years. I would still highly recommend this small business.
