Outstanding! This was the first time I ordered from playitkoi and I was a little apprehensive. When my order confirmation came through it came with a UPS tracking number. I knew it was gonna take a few days so I initially ignored it. After a couple days I tapped the tracking number and it took me to the UPS tracking page but, a message popped up saying invalid tracking number. Also, there was a message stating beware of fraud. I immediately emailed Playitkoi and almost immediately got a response from Kelly Cooke. In a very short amount of time she was able to determine that they were given an incorrect tracking number. When I ordered playitkoi was out of stock so they had Pondmax drop ship direct and subsequently gave playitkoi an incorrect tracking number. As you can imagine my anxiety level went from 0-10 and then right back to 0 in literally minutes. The responsiveness by Kelly was nothing short of Amazing! Like I said this was my first time ordering from Playitkoi but, it certainly WILL NOT BE MY LAST. Thank You Kelly and Ben for the the followup and follow thru!!!!
