I ordered some pond plants. They came very quickly. They were packed appropriately and were still moist. One of the floating plants had broken from its roots, I was concerned and emailed about it, they replied right away and let me know it was not uncommon and the plant should be ok. I appreciate there prompt communication. Thanks
