I ordered a replacement UV bulb online for my pond filter, to be shipped to my house as we currently have limited pond supply outlets in my area. . It came “packaged to the max” for safe travels via UPS. I appreciate that! I believe it was shipped either the day I ordered it online or the next day. Arrived in about 2 business days. Perfect! This is the second time I have ordered online from Play It Koi. First time was for replacement outdoor lighting which was also a pleasant frustration-free experience.
