So far so good. I just received my package today and have not yet used it so I cannot give an opinion on the product. However, I enjoy doing business with a company that values my business and communicates with its customers. I have gotten several emails, offering bits of advice and offering an opportunity to join their community. The number one thing that I appreciate is putting their phone number on the bottom of the email so that you can actually call and speak to a human about any questions or problems that you may have. Unfortunately, a lot of companies don’t understand how important that connection is. It irritates me to no end when it takes me a half an hour just to figure out how to contact the company for something other than giving them my money.
