We needed to upgrade our 10+ year old 3600 filtration system and Derek helped us with what parts to order and what parts we could continue using. We were very impressed with his customer service, as he demonstrated patience and a thorough knowledge of the product. We are good to go now and the fish are happy, but, if any problem crops up, I am confident that Play It Koi will have us covered.
