I broke the quartz sleeve for my UV sterelizer while replacing the bulb. I thought for sure it would be a week before I could get a replacement and my pond would turn into pea soup. I called and explained my situation to Ben. He checked and didn't have it in stock locally but it was in a warehouse in another state, but he would get it to me ASAP. It arrived the next day! Wow! Thank you Ben. PS- He couldn't have been nicer to talk with. Jay Wood
