Bottle wasn’t sealed? Leaked all over in the box, only half left in bottle. Very disappointing. However Kristen in customer service was fantastic and spoke with the manufacturer to get the product replaced quickly. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Play it Koi and I will shop with them again!
