I have ordered several times over the past year. I had an issue with a product, but it was with the manufacturer and its website — no instructions for use accompanied the product. The mfr website was useless, too. The owner of Play It Koi answered my complaining email on a Sunday, telling me how to use the product. I have been pleased with all the products ordered from this retailer, so I wanted to give the company a chance at customer service. It excelled. I will continue to be a customer. I have ordered multiple plants — all good.
