I received my lotus and package was done the best that it could be. During shipping leaf tip was damage but the plant has 3 growth tip so it’s still good. I’ve even reach out to support and was answer back with assurance that it will be fine. Support even offer remedies if lotus does end up with problem. Love the support quick reply and purchase of product was quick and easy. Definitely buying more in future.
