No, the experience did not go swimmingly well. I was expecting to receive my liner in 5 days as the shipping stated. My fault for not realizing that Play it Koi would take 4-5 days to process the order before shipping it. My goal was to beat the torrential rains that were predicted 7 days after I placed my order. Well, that did not happen and I wound up with 18” of water in my pond despite having a tarp over it. The water washed out all of the ledges in the pond. So I basically had to rebuild the entirety of the inside of the pond after pumping all of the water out. So, no it did not go swimmingly. As far as the actual process of placing the order, piece of cake like every other internet company.
