My plant order was lost in the mail. Spoke several times with Kristen about it. My other ended up being resent with extra plants included, and overnight FedEx delivery. Play it Koi really went above and beyond to make sure I got my order and was satisfied! I will be definitely telling others about their great customer service, and beautiful plants.
