When my wife & I decided to build a second pond, we immediately reached out to the PIK team. We had previously worked with the team when building our koi pond and in all aspects, we rated them a 6 out of 5. This time around, the team again exceeded our expectations and provided immediate design input and equipment recommendations. We received most of the equipment within a week, and everything within 10 days.
