The folks at Play it Koi are terrific! Ivan was able to recommend the right pump and filter to treat the heavy bioload in our pond when our current filter died and the pond water is now crystal clear. He was also able to connect me with local rehoming people to take some of the extra fish which was a real gift. The fish are happier and so am I!! Ivan is knowlegable, thoughtful, and friendly. After several frustrating attempts to deal with other larger on line busnisses, I was really impressed with the rapid repsonse and willingness to speak about how best to solve the problem. Also pump arrived in just a couple of days so no dead fish.
