I've ordered several products from the nice folks at Play It Koi. Filters, waterfall spillway and filter kits to name a couple. Everything has been delivered on time, but where they stand out is their customer support. Kristen took ownership of working with a supplier when a pump I ordered arrived damaged. She was super nice in her communications and arranged the replacement and the return. Thanks for all your help. I've been in customer service for over 30 years so I really appreciate someone who delivers great customer service.
