Needed lamp replacements for my 8 year old landscape lighting. The gal on the help line was soooi helpful. Very refreshing in a world that would rather have you talk to their chatbot. Your gal coordinated with the vendor to make sure the new bulbs (which had changed) would fit our old lamp bases. This was a great experience.
