Purchased an OSRS account which was recovered within two weeks. Also purchased playerauctions insurance. Playerauctions do nothing to help you get a refund and protect scammers that sell on their website. I've tried for months, but to no avail. PlayerAuctions will scam you if you have an account recovered. I did not get a refund, despite giving all of the required evidence over to PlayerAuctions.
