I never had any problems as a buyer and the gold is always delivered to me rather quickly. Of the few times that the seller ran out of stock, the site always refunds me correctly though it takes a few days to a week.
Being a seller is slightly harder if only because the competition is tough. They've amassed a good roster of veteran sellers so the only choice is to drop down your prices... a lot. Not an option I would happily go for but it is what it is.
