Final Update — No More Generic Replies Hello Richard(PlayerAuction), I want to make one thing absolutely clear upfront: I am not interested in hearing again that you are “already doing something.” That argument no longer applies after more than a year of the same scam repeating in the same sections. For over one year, I have personally: identified the same scammer in the same sections using the same method with the same Discord contact hidden in screenshots During this entire period, PlayerAuctions did not block this scammer proactively even once. Every single ban happened only after my reports and repeated emails. This means that for over a year: I was effectively doing moderation work for your platform without compensation without acknowledgement without even a basic “thank you” Instead, I received only template replies, and when I asked direct questions by email, I received no answers at all. The scammer was blocked — and that was it. No explanation. No response. No discussion. That is not moderation. That is outsourcing fraud detection to unpaid users. A year ago, I explicitly requested manual moderation for the specific sections used in this scam. I even listed the sections clearly to make it easier for your team. Nothing was implemented. Nothing changed. The scammer continued to post freely until I reported them again. If manual moderation had been applied, your team would immediately see the repeated pattern — especially the Discord contact embedded in screenshots. This is not hidden, not subtle, and not difficult to detect. So I am asking a very simple and direct question now: Will PlayerAuctions implement proactive/manual moderation for these specific sections to prevent this scam from reappearing — and if yes, when? I am not asking for another explanation of user-generated content. I am not asking to be redirected to the user agreement. I am asking for a clear action and a concrete timeframe. If the answer is yes, then please state when this will be implemented. If the answer is no, then please state that clearly as well. After more than a year of doing this work for free, I expect an actual answer — not another template response. PlayerAuctions has now fully stopped responding to the actual issue. Instead of answering my direct question about proactive or manual moderation, their latest reply simply redirects to previous messages, screenshots, and the user agreement. To be clear: I asked whether proactive/manual moderation would be implemented I asked for a concrete timeframe I received no answer Regards, Darkus

My PlayerAuctions account was suspended without warning, and they are holding my payout for 180 days. Despite my clean 100% feedback history and first-time issue, their replies are copy-paste and offer no real solution. I’ve had no income since the suspension. I’m not asking for account reinstatement—just to withdraw my funds. This treatment is unfair and needs urgent attention.
