“I was a big seller on that site for years, but then near 3 years ago they changed policy and now they not allow users from Ukraine to sell things, only to buy. Support says its because of some "government restrictions" but do not want to specify. I have a law degree and ability to find any legal information in any country, and appears they lied about it. Looks like Playerauctions just do not like Ukrainians in general, this is the only explanation everyone can conclude. Too bad, because this is not acceptable for any big company to threat any nation like that. Until Playerauctions do not change this policy i will publish this feedback everywhere, to let people aware of this gross injustice. Ticket was 391627”

“Currently dealing with a payment verification issue. I've sent in photos of cards, bank statements, PayPal transactions and IDs. They are just jerking me around at this point. Now claiming that the account number used was a number that no one in my household had on any account or card. Now I'm more concerned about who the hell's card they used!?!? I'm done with this website. This has been one of the most pathetic experiences I have ever had with customer service. IDK what changed at PA but I've been using them since 09 without issue until now. But their new team is a bunch of dumba$$es.”

“Horrible site bought an account from someone with purchase protection. Provided proof and logic the person took the account and scammed me. The playerauctions review board decides logic doesn’t matter and says person has to provided new login. Seller decides to not provided new login now loss of account and of money and playerauctions doesn’t hold seller accountable. Bad site not safe”

“This website is starting to become harder to use, with sellers that do not give you information and a team that is slow aswell as makes things worse for you, if you have an issue expect to last atleast 3 days. Even then they have a process that is almost annoying so if you have time I wouldn't waste it”

“Bots sell, bots review One of the sites top sellers runs a simple scam with its buyers hiding “do not do this” in a drop down box. PlayerAuctions sided with seller even with clear evidence against. Gave no reasoning If you’re thinking of using this website and are on the fence, DO NOT. Don’t think that a website whose economy runs on bots can’t fabricate a couple 1000 five star reviews. LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS”

“Absolute scam of a website, attempted to sell an old, high level account for well under its actual value for emergency funds. Buyer was granted access to the account fairly quickly while the money was waiting to be released. They then proceeded to get themselves a vac ban within 5 hours of having access to the account, on a game that was not even on the account when it was transferred, they put in a support ticket to get a refund and very obviously lied about it. The staff decided to rule in their favor despite evidence to him either being grossly incompetent. or a straight lying scammer. NEVER, EVER sell on this site, while I will not say it is the rule, if someone buying wants to screw you over, they WILL get away with it if they want to do it. A disgusting experience.”

“Purchased an OSRS account which was recovered within two weeks. Also purchased playerauctions insurance. Playerauctions do nothing to help you get a refund and protect scammers that sell on their website. I've tried for months, but to no avail. PlayerAuctions will scam you if you have an account recovered. I did not get a refund, despite giving all of the required evidence over to PlayerAuctions.”

“Hello, I hope this post helps you avoid the mistake I made. DO NOT under any circumstance share your ID with these horrible people. If you are reading through thinking... oh it won't happen to me. IT WILL. TRUST YOUR BETTER JUDGEMENT. I shared my photo ID, credit card, and selfie holding the card to approve my purchase. Which in and of itself is F#CKING INSANE. I left a watermark on the outskirts of the photo saying "Verification for Player Auctions Only." This did not cover any information on the ID or Credit Card I provided. IT COVERED NOT A SINGLE WORD, LETTER, OR NUMBER. Nor did I cover the ID in the selfie holding photo with any watermarks over any information. Of course if you are wondering after reading all of the horror stories of people sharing their IDs and not getting verified. Guess what, I didn't get verified. This support agent "Maebelle" said: "Thank you for contacting PlayerAuctions regarding your concern. Please do not cover the details with watermarks. If you have any additional questions, please reply to this email." NOTHING of interest was covered via watermark. These mother f#ckers will do everything in their power to take your ID and not verify you. I feel so horrible for sellers on this platform. If you want a LEGIT website go to G2G. Trust me, its way F#cking better.”

“PLAYERAUCTIONS IS FOR SCAMMERS ONLY. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE Playerauctions is a garbage site where scammers thrive. I bought an account on 8/13. It was recovered by the seller and password changed within 2 months. I reached out to playerauctions support and provided evidence the password was changed. They reached out to the seller who did not respond. Even though it was clear I was scammed and they took 'necessary sanctions against the seller's account' they refuse to refund or make up for the seller scamming. DO NOT USE THIS SITE AND GET SCAMMED”

“This company seems to be super sus with their process of securing the payment! Like who asks for someone to send a pic of themselves, a pic of themselves with their ID, the card that was used for this purchase picture and a bank statement. I went back and forth with their support about this as they report that it is to protect them from fraudulent buyers and I was suspicious of them being fraudulent so I canceled this order. Thankfully it did not go further than that. Google pay or PayPal should be good. I have been shopping for a long time and through this pandemic, I shopped all over online and no place has ever went through all of this for a payment! I am 100% convinced that this company is a scam without a doubt. Watch out and beware!”
