“I made a purchase only to be greeted with another email instructing me to share an image of my drivers license and a photo of me holding my debit card. No thank you. That screams scam. Then when I canceled immediately and was told that I'd receive a refund in 1-22 days. Which is insane. The whole website is sketchy and shady at best. Avoid this site.”

“Seller took back an account i purchased for fortnite. I took out the 12 month insurance cover which means nothing. I started a dispute and was found in favour of tbe seller. This is not the first time it has happened this is a scam site do not purchase from here use eldorado instead.”

“Absolutely terrible customer service, I made an account a few years ago, forgot my login so made a new one, they suspended both accounts, had me send them emails explaining everything, they then made me send them proof of identity and other personal information that I didn't feel comfortable sharing, after all of that they ignored my emails and eventually got back me to saying that they would not reinstate my account due to security reasons, they refused to clarify what the actual problem was, it was most likely down to something silly like some information such as my address being different on my old ID card than the one I provided as my current address but they refused help, if this is the customer service they provide then I really wouldn't like to be one of the people who have trusted their platform to spend money on and make a purchase with.”

“Worst experience buying minecraft accounts, they made the whole process difficult. After a day of back and forth the company sided with the seller, I was left with a mc account with 2 days of game pass left. Save yourself the trouble and usemcalts.net”

“horrible company. asks for government id, selfies etc for payments less than $20 even a $6 payment. NO actual real person to contact, only auto robot responses. and when refused to give ID, be prepared for a LONG wait to get your money back. better off buying on ebay, might be a little more but atleast you dont have to deal with the privacy issue, taking selfies and giving government id”

“Scam site just collects your information Made an account, instantly it got suspended. Submitted a ticket to resolve this as I thought it must be some automated mistake. A day later a support emails me back basically telling me "f*** you this decision is final and biding, have a nice day" without providing any explanation.”

“I have purchased a GTA account with benefits as of GTA money, moderate clothing, etc. I have been contacting the seller name perfect count skysf9 since June 2023 and I also had contacted Support services on play auction about my order. I had also submitted text chats to seller letting them know that I do not have none of the benefits of the account that you had sent to me. I have $0.00 nothing on it. The seller main concern was for me to take down a bad review in order for them to fill his thought they will fix that account. I told Emon or whoever that is clearly you are still in for me because I made a purchase, and I honestly thought that I was letting them know that I do not have none of the benefits of the account that you had sent to me. I have bought this for my son OK for his birthday and I really feel like I have seriously been scammed and ripped off because I have a list of text chats that I had screenshot it about how the seller is so disrespectful about how he’s interested in wasting my time and not give me my profit or my refund. At this point, I believe this seller. skysf9 is a scam because skysf9 was bragging to me about how many sells they get and how they are not going to help me. If I don’t take down the bad review, I told the seller if you fix the situation, and I will think about taking down. at this point, I believe play all shoe oh me at this point because this is really out of line.”

“Do not BUY any account from the website called playerauctions because they're not care about you. I just got scam $60 on playerauctions and have paid another $5.99 for extended 1 year protection but still not help me. The seller take back the account i purchased from him and I send the support gave them the chat log between me and the seller. The seller clearly said "he took the account back" without any. Opened the dispute, send the support and no one care about it. Please stay away from this website and do not trust them if you don't want to lost any money like me. Here this is the order ID# *******. This website full of Scam seller and Bad customer Service. Your employee doesn't care about the business. **If my review still appear on here it's mean playerauctions still not solved and Do not care about it, and pleased stay away from this scammer website**”

“Made 2 purchases and all seemed good, went to make a 3rd and was asked to verify my identity by sending government Id and a selfie. No other company, site etc has ever asked for such information to purchase a 29.00$ account. It's a uncommon practice to ask for this type of sensitive information for a damn video game account. I would highly recommend not to send this type of documentation to anyone asking for it. There is other ways to verify identity.”

They come very often and never give real fairness but claim to give fairness to those who like to cheat.”
