Absolutely terrible customer service, I made an account a few years ago, forgot my login so made a new one, they suspended both accounts, had me send them emails explaining everything, they then made me send them proof of identity and other personal information that I didn't feel comfortable sharing, after all of that they ignored my emails and eventually got back me to saying that they would not reinstate my account due to security reasons, they refused to clarify what the actual problem was, it was most likely down to something silly like some information such as my address being different on my old ID card than the one I provided as my current address but they refused help, if this is the customer service they provide then I really wouldn't like to be one of the people who have trusted their platform to spend money on and make a purchase with.
