Had a lengthy dispute process with one of the users here and though it has taken a lot of time in the end they saw the case in my favor. The staff was kind with their messages and was apologetic throughout. I got the refund after about 4 days. Protection is valid and legit just be warned that issues can take some time and to be fair it wasn't really the site's fault but the other user.
