Good customer service team. Handled my dispute nicely and best of all both parties involved walk away satisfied (decided to keep my account and still got a 30% refund).
Learn from my mistake though: ask sellers first if the 90 day email change restriction is already done before you buy the account. If not, you'll have to wait a long time like I did.
