As many people have already said, it's a great site for ordering online gaming stuff and services. Secure, professional, and discrete.
That said, I think scams can really happen but user involvement plays a part and that you have to select trustworthy sellers and to dispute orders ASAP when something happens.
Of the 5 orders I had with them, 1 had problems but was promptly refunded in the same week. Just be extra careful not to buy from dubious sellers and you should be fine.
