No issues encountered, everything was handled with efficiency and care. I'd like to highlight their communication as well which was fast and addressed the issue spot on (correct delivery of account and how to change the email).
The only thing I would add here is Paypal. For some reason they do not have it. I used card and it went through fine but would of been nice to have an easier option.
I bought RS gold for the record and the prices are cheap. That is another plus for them and a good reason for me to come back.
