Safe to use and true to their word that deals are safeguarded. The seller wasn't responsive and while I had the chance to cancel it, I still wanted the account. PA team notified the seller for me via the dispute and I was able to get 2FA control using that method. TBH I went with several extra steps but it was worth it. They provided the means to do that and I'm happy for it.
