Started out a little frustrating but was eventually corrected by their staff named Mikka. I replied by emails and did not know this may cause the reply to get off rails. You actually have to send the documents they need to finish the payment.
Once I did that the order completed instantly and the actual order was correctly detailed in the offer based on what I got.
