They got in time to handle a dispute where I lost access to the account. NGL thought it was a lost case but after a few days and many emails, the seller agreed to a 30% refund and a replacement account of almost the same value (just almost).
Not the best outcome but I'm glad these folks worked hard to make a compromise. If anyone's curious it's a Fortnite account for my son (we game together and needed that for duos).
