for many years this site is my choice. I have experience both seller and buyer mode and though they have delays with payments, the system work really well to connect me with other users who are interested in my offers (or as buyer, with sellers who have good deals).
it's not perfect they sometimes have site issues but service is transparent, all fees are correct and they work to make sure disputes are resolved (if not that, maybe reach agreement for two parties). will continue to use it, thanks for the service.
