Payment verification was slightly tough to get through. They had to ask twice for the documents to be resent (I am using an old low pixel phone so I had to have better lighting).
When it got through, the service was legit: the seller waited and processed it immediately once he saw the payment was updated. I got it correctly and communication was fantastic.
I plan to make another purchase and I hope I don't have to go through that again lmao.
