I had issues with an order but the guys quickly sorted it out with a replacement. They held my order so I could talk to the seller and though it took several days, because of the holding the process I was able to get the seller to come back with a replacement. It's not the same value although the difference is minimal but the important thing is I got something out of the purchase. Security works really well and as advertised. Great place!
