NGL first few times using the site was terrible. Didn't get no codes, got suspended since I signed up a second time, etc. long story short it was bad. I got in touch with their Reddit team to ask again and after a few back and forth, I was able to appeal my account. First payment they had to ask for IDs and I thought oh no here it goes... but then I realized I did the same anyway signing up for Coinbase so wth. Sent what they wanted and the order continued. So the short of it is that while they have stringent rules, the site works. I ended up deciding to give this rating just because they at least tried to get in touch and for what its worth the deal I got was legit.
