Got into a heavy dispute lasting 3 weeks so you could say I've been through the worse on their site... but to be fair, not of their doing but by a terrible seller. The important part to highlight here is that in spite of what happened, they came through with a refund. I can't get back those 3 weeks but at least they made good on their promise to "protect buyers". Will I buy from here again? I think I would, but I would be very careful now of low rank/level sellers. When you think about it, it's pretty good that they have this leveling system in the first place.
