Extremely usable site with good security features.
You get to call dibs on the order first as a buyer and if the account isn't what you ordered, you can dispute it. I never needed to use the function but it's great that it's there. Plus as long as you pick level 4 or 5 sellers, you are almost ensured a 100% order.
