The order was getting nowhere and they reached out to me to ask if it was delivered. I answered their form to say that it wasn't. After a couple of days, I was told I was being refunded and about 3 days more later, the refund came in. I'm not sure what happened to the seller or if he was banned or whatnot and not getting the order was a bummer, but at least their advertised protection works. I might try ordering again.
