Pleased with the outcome of my dispute. While it was much longer than I wanted it to be, in the end I give them credit for hearing my dispute reason and giving me a refund. It's a full refund too thank god although there's a separate waiting time for that as well of 7 days.
There was nothing wrong with the account login but it was not the account advertised. I bought it for the specific job it had in the details and it wasn't the right one. I am not prepared to switch roles just for that. Thankfully, both the seller and the site did not make it any harder.
