Super helpful staff, I reported an undelivered order where the seller ignored me and no questions asked they canceled the order and refunded me. I took 3 days to dispute it though and the refund came after about the same amount of days (all in all it was 6 days) but despite this I have a good impression of the site due to there honesty. I plan to make an order again and this time I will surely pick a higher level seller.
