Had an annoying issue with an unusable number and I found out much later you needed to contact them directly to change it, there is nothing you can do on just the site. As annoying as it is, they were quick (at least) and was very polite throughout. The following purchase after that was smooth. I guess they all do this clandestine-like just to avoid potentially bad stuff happening to the account or whatever.
